She was just really enjoying her evening. She was glad she finished her shoot early and of course Chance getting home early as well was a good thing as well. Alice sat there snuggled comfortably and happily into his side and she shut her eyes then feeling him kiss her forehead she only smiled more and then hearing say her name only made her smile more. She thought she was the luckiest girl in the world right now to have a boyfriend like Chance. They always got along, hardly ever fought, and he always treated her like a princess and then some which she loved plus he would be surprised since she was looking for an actual house for them.
But then Alice looked to Chance when he started speaking and then she blushed a giggled. Hearing his words made her heart flutter. Sure there were cute and hot men around her while she worked but she wasn't the type of girl to flirt or really look at them since she has a boyfriend and she was not a cheater. "It's because I love you hunnie, I've been with you for four years and I've treasured every moment of it and I wouldn't change it in any way and I'm very glad to be carrying your child as well." She had a low but sweet and loving tone to her voice because every word she just said was true.
But then she felt Chance put his hand under her chin and lifted her head to look at him. Her brown orbs met his green ones and she nearly went into a trance. Alice then blushed a bit and hearing him speak made it worse. But then seeing the box he took out then hearing his next set of words nearly made her pass out. Her eyes then widened and she stayed silent and replayed the words so she knew she heard it right. "Oh Chance...yes, of course I will! I love you so much!" She then hugged him, nearly making him fall backwards and she giggled then kissed him and stayed snuggled into him, she felt so happy right at the moment.

He swayed a bit as she jumped on him, nearly falling backwards in the process. His face lit up like it was a his first kiss or something. A bright smile crossed his face and he grinned from ear to ear. There was nothing that he enjoyed more than bringing happiness to this woman, this beautiful person in front of him. He kissed her softly, running his hand down her back and sitting them up again. He let his fingers travel down her arm and take her hand in his. He slid the ring on with his other hand and he grinned again. It looked even more beautiful on her finger than it did in the box.
"Alice. I love you too."
((gah sorry..... i've been so museless lately. Lack of mt.dew i swear.......))

She was so happy with what just happened she couldn't even describe in any way. Alice just couldn't believed Chance had just proposed to her, she was just so shocked. But she was glad because they had been dating for four years so it was good and they knew each other inside and out. She was not only expecting a child which she loved but she was now expecting to be a bride and she couldn't wait for that. She just stayed on top of her now fiance and stayed snuggled into him, she felt like she had fallen in love with him all over again. She just looked at him and she was kind of glad she didn't make Chance fall all the way down, she didn't want to get hurt.
With her being pregnant now she had to be careful. Which made her remember she had a doctors appointment in a couple of days, and she got the day off for it from work. But then she felt Chance kiss her and she smiled more "I love you too Chance." Then she guessed she might as well tell him she had to go to the doctor soon, she was entering her third month of pregnancy so she knew she had to go. "Oh by the way hun, I have a doctors appointment in a couple days, I got the day off for it even though I'm sure you have to work that day." She wasn't sure but she thought she'd tell him and let him know.
Then she looked around and noticing the sun had pretty much set and it was getting dark. Alice then looked around but then she felt a chilling gust of wind came by and then she shivered badly and then snuggled into Chance more to try and keep warm. She kind of had thin clothes on so she was going to get cold easily and plus in her current condition getting cold wouldn't be a very smart idea. She then looked up to Chance and she shivered a bit once again "I'm getting kind of cold..." she rubbed her arms a bit then exhaled deeply and saw her breath slightly then stayed snuggled into Chance, guessing she should head inside soon.

He smiled lightly at her and kissed her softly, lifting her in his arms and carrying her back down to their apartment. He was radiating happiness. Of course he would go with her, day off or not, he would be there for her, for now, for always, after all, was that not what marriage was about? He opened the door and brought her in, laying her gently down on the couch. He kissed her softly again. "I'll take an extra long lunch hour." That stupid grin couldn't leave his face, not only was he going to marry the girl of his dreams, he was going to be the father of her child. No. Their child.
"I'm going to go take a shower love." He kissed her forehead and walked towards their bedroom to gather some clothes to lounge about in. "But how about a movie or something afterwards?" After all, it wasn't really all that late. Probably only around 9 or so. "I don't have to work until 10 tomorrow." He smiled and went into the bathroom after hearing her responses. He couldn't believe any of this was happening. It was all just like a fairy tale. A dream. But at least it was a very pleasant one.

Alice felt Chance pick her up and bring her inside, she was still feeling pretty cold. But once she got inside and stayed there for a while she knew she would be fine or at least she hoped. Being pregnant she had to be careful, if she got too cold or too hot it wouldn't be good for her or the baby. Then once she was layed on the couch she shivered a bit but slowly started to feel heat coming into her body. Then hearing him speak she smiled a bit "hun if you have to work it's fine, I don't want you getting into trouble or something." The last thing she wanted to hear was Chance getting in trouble for neglecting his job.
Then hearing him say he was going to take a shower she smiled then nodded. "Ok hun" she then giggled a bit feeling him kiss her then she just went into the bedroom and grabbed some warm night clothes and slipped them on. Her black Nightmare before christmas pajama's that were fleece so they were warm. Alice then went back out and sat on the couch then hearing Chance speak again she smiled "sure, sounds good" then watching him disappear into the bathroom and she sighed with content, snuggled into the couch, and then flicked on the T.V. and started to flip through the channels, waiting for Chance to come back out.

Chance finished in the shower rather quickly. He dried off and walked out, wearing a pair of black cargo pants and his dogtags. But that was it. He was shaking his head free of the water and walked back into their room for a bit before moving back out to the livingroom. At least now he was somewhat dry. he smiled and leaned down, kissing her lips lightly and looking at the tv. "Anything good on?" He asked, sitting behind her and pulling her up against his chest. "And don't worry abut work. They'll let me off for something like this." He smiled and looked into her eyes.
Just then the phone in his pocket started ringing. He shook his head and stood up, answering it with a confused "Hello?" His eyes slowly widened and he shakily put the phone back in his pocket when the conversation was over. "I..." He paused and looked back out the window. "You should go somewhere you know you'll be safe." He went back to their room and grabbed his gun, loaded it and shoved it in his belt. "That serial killer that I put in prison a year ago escaped during a transfer to a different prison. Apparently he managed to kill both officers. He's gonna be looking for me. Cheif said to get out of town for a bit."
((haha hows that for muse lol. I know i fail. sorry i havent been on our net was off and my laptop broke. i have a desktop and nets now though so yay!))

Alice just stayed in the living room still looking for something to watch on T.V. but of course there was nothing on. Not even any good cartoons on which was annoying, but she was getting a little tired anyway. She yawned a bit then stretched as she layed there, just getting comfy and relaxed wondering if she should now get into the shower since she had to go to the doctors tomorrow and she wanted to look nice. But if worse came to worse, she could always just do it in the morning. But then she heard the bathroom door open guessing Chance was done in the shower but guessed he was going to go get dressed.
She then flipped through more channels and just waited for Chance to come back out. She was beginning to go into a cuddly mood so she wanted him to come back soon. Then seeing him come back in she smiled brightly then feeling him kiss her, Alice smiled then heard him speak and she giggled a bit. "I wish..sadly no" she then felt him pull her onto him and she smiled more then snuggled into Chance's chest and just got comfy, feeling her eyes getting a bit heavy but not too badly. Just hoping Chance could come with her to her doctors appointment because it would be wonderful to her.
But then she heard her fiance's phone go off and she guessed something was going down in town. Alot of things happened in town at night between gangs or a party that got out of hand. She rolled her eyes at the thought, but then seeing Chance's reaction, she then got worried since she didn't like the look on his face. Then hearing him speak her eyes widened and her heart started to pound. "Wh-what?!" Fear quickly spread through her body and she then put her hand on her belly. "No...no...I don't want to leave...what...what if...something happens to you? I don't want to be alone...I...I love you..."
Alice was just in utter shock. The fear took over her body and made her feel faint. She then guessed she could head to Hiroshima, her parents had moved out there to be closer to her aunt and uncle, plus her older brother lived there as well. "Well...if I have to...I get fly out to be with my parents for a while...until this get taken care of...I...I just don't want to leave you...I...I don't want to be contacted being told you..." She couldn't even finish that sentence because she didn't want to think about it. She then brought her knees to her chest, lowered her head, then started to cry, she was just worried and very scared.
((Wow, quite the plot twist, lol. I had a muse rush too! lol))

He curled uip around her, pulling her into his lap and pet her hair, kissing the back of her head. "Don't worry love..." He whispered softly. After all, he would find somewhere for himself to escape until it was safe enough for him to travel and see her. "I have family in Okinawa... Well.... friends rather." He smiled softly. "I want you to call the doctors and have your appointment set up in Hiroshima. I will meet you there in one week. I promise." He never broke a promise to her. "Call your aunt and make sure you can go there. We'll just use this as an early holiday." He laughed a little, trying to relieve some of her worry. "I will not quit you... You know that...."

She didn't want to leave and leave Chance behind, but if it was for the best then she guessed in the end she had no choice. Alice sighed heavily then picked up her head looking over to her fiance with very sad eyes. Just thinking about all this was making her heart beat faster and of course started to make her feel sick. This night was suppose to be fun and special which it was but then it got ruined. That was the last thing she wanted but sadly it happened even though she really didn't want it to but there was nothing she can do with the killer has escaped. Plus if he wanted Chance, he may do something to her which she didn't want.
Especially since she was pregnant, the baby that was barely even the size of a newborn kitten inside wouldn't have a chance to live. That was certainly something she wanted to avoid. Then Feeling Chance pull her onto his lap then kiss her, she calmed herself a bit but then she sighed then heard him speak and she nodded. Then she got up "yes..I'll call my aunt now and explain the situation..." Alice then went into the bedroom, pulled out her cell phone, then called her aunt who was worried hearing her cry over the phone, but she explained everything and got the OK to head over there.
She then wiped her eyes then came back out and then sat back down and then sighed. Alice then looked to Chance once more with a sad look. "Alright...we said it was fine...and I'll call the doctor tomorrow about all this..." She then looked down and buried her face in her hands and then started to cry once more. It felt like her world was now crashing down on her and that was the last thing she wanted since she thought everything had been perfect. She then looked up to Chance was sad and wet eyes. "I love you..." she then rested up against him and tried to hold back her tears, even though she was losing the battle, she tried.
