Michael sighed as he walked in place seemed a bit quiet. well he was kinda of exhausted from work so he was ok with that. Michael went into the bath room and washed his hands they where covered in oil from the car he worked on today. after finishing washing his hands he splashed some water in his face before drying them both and exiting the bath room.
Michael plopped down on the couch. today was a long day at work for him plus his boss didn't help things either by throwing 3 cars he had to work on in the morning tomorrow though their was one person who made this worth it. His girlfriend Alice he had a question he had to ask her but he was waiting for the right moment.
Michael closed his eyes just resting them slightly as he waited for Alice to come home he got a call from her earlier that she would be home shortly.

Alice had been running a little late, her modeling photo shoot went a little longer then expected. But she told Micheal she was going to be home soon even though she was running late so she was on her way. Of course she knew had to drive and she had her own car, she drove a Suzuki XL7 which sat up to eight people which was good. But she was on her way and she had told Micheal so she was good on that so he wouldn't waiting also she was finally going to tell him that she was pregnant. She knew they both wanted kids at some point but she thought it might be a bit early but still she guessed he probably wouldn't take it too far.
She was driving home and she looked out into the distance in the sky seeing that sun was setting. She then sighed heavily to herself and put her eyes back on the road "damn I am late, poor Mikey must be starving..." Alice was normally home before Micheal so she always had dinner either going or done by time he got home and since she was running late tonight she hadn't even started which made her feel bad. Plus she was starving right now herself, being pregnant she got hungry more often so she knew she really wanted to eat right now but she wasn't home yet but she was close to it.
She was about a mile from home, she wanted to text Micheal saying she would be home soon. But she knew better then to text while she was driving so she didn't, it took her another ten minutes and she was finally home and she grabbed her bag then went inside and saw Micheal in the living and she smiled. Alice then went over and kissed him "I'm sorry I'm late honey my photo shoot ran late and I know dinner will be late and I'm sorry on that too, is there anything particular you want tonight?" She felt bad so she would cook anything he wanted tonight to make up for being late and not having it ready.
Then she knew she might as well tell him what she had to since if she waited he might get angry. So she headed over to the couch where he was sitting and she gently took his hand and looked at him with a smile. "Mikey sweetie, I have something to tell you...I'm pregnant" Alice still had the smile on her face as she tightened the grip on his hand a bit as she waited to see what he would say. She guessed he was going to be happy but then again she had no idea but she hoped he would be happy and excited like she was but only time will tell for his reaction on what she had just told him.

Michael's eyes shot open as he heard the door slam open he turned to see Alice coming home and heard her repeatedly apologizing for something she couldn't help. Michael understood how she was always busy due to her job as a model so he was find with that he chuckled a little to himself about her repeated apology as he heard about dinner he was about to tell her before she came over and put a hand on his hand he rose an eye brow at this.
"Yeah what is-" Michael started before she finished her sentence as his eyes widened in shock wait huh who when what a lot of questions went though Michael's mind having hearing that but he was happy he was going to be a father and alice was one person he could trust so he knew she wasnt lieing.
"oh my god..." he said somewhat holding back a slight swallowing of a tear not of sadness but happiness but than something hit Michael Crap he left the ring that he got for her today right on the table she goes to before preparing for dinner oh man talk about a buz kill in his mind now what.

She still felt kind of bad that she had ran late and dinner wasn't ready. Alice just kept sitting on the couch, running a hand through the loose hair in the back that wasn't in pigtails. She guessed she better get dinner started but she was a little tired and her feet hurt so she decided to sit and relax a bit, if she knew Micheal was really hungry then she would get up and get started once she knew what he wanted to eat. Her amber orbs scanned him guessing he was probably tired from working and she thought maybe eating was the last thing he wanted to do, maybe he just wanted to rest or something she didn't know but if he wanted to then that was perfectly fine with her.
She could just make some ramen for herself if he wanted to take a nap or something. She knew she was hungry and she wanted to eat so she thought now to make something quick since she didn't want to wait too long for food, or maybe she would order takeout or something, something quick. Alice then heard him beginning to speak and she blinked a couple times wondering why he stopped in mid sentence. She thought maybe something was wrong so a worried look quickly came upon her face thinking maybe that he didn't like what she had just told him since she had just told him she was pregnant.
She was now getting nervous, did she say something to anger him, did he not like that she was pregnant? Her heart was gaining speed as she waited to say something else but then hearing what he had said she gulped slightly "are you angry? Did I upset you when I said I'm pregnant?" Alice was scared, she wanted to make sure he wasn't angry with her or anything because if he was then she wouldn't know what to do. She knew she didn't want to end her pregnancy so she wasn't sure of what to do at this point and it was making her nervous but she waited for Micheal to say something else.

Michael shook his head real fast taking his mind off where he had left the ring for a moment. where in the hell did she get the idea he was upset? that was far from the truth. Michael was just in awe and happy is all but the way he put it would probably explain why she thought he was angry. Michael took her hand in his before giving it a slight kiss before looking at her with a genuine smile before speaking to his girlfriend as he she seemed a little worried and thats something he didn't like to see in her.
"No far from it Alice hon im as happy as could be at the moment it just i was in shock at first thats all what ever gave you the idea i was angry?" Michael asked with a curious tone. Michael wanted to know what she thought he was angry because he was not angry at her one bit yet she thought he was? strange but oh well. Michael gave a smile as he held her hand as she waited for a reply from her hopefully awsering his question of why on earth she though he was angry with her.

Still thinking he was still a little upset with er she thought it would still be the best to stay quiet. Alice looked up at him then felt the tighter grip on her hand so she blinked a couple of times wondering what this was about. She just looked at him and she just looked over his face and seeing the smile seemed to calm her down a bit as well but still she wanted to make sure he wasn't angry with her or anything for what she had just told him. But still she had no idea until he was to say something and she sighed a bit as she kept looking at him, she smiled a bit as well trying to lighten up her mood a little bit.
But then hearing him speak calmed her down and she smiled even more. She then sighed with relief knowing her boyfriend wasn't angry with her and she giggled a bit then gently kissed him back on the cheek. "Oh I'm sorry, just with your reaction it kind of sounded like you were angry or something" Alice just held his hand since he was still holding her and she then got closer to him and started to snuggle a bit and she shut her eyes for a minute although she still had no idea what to make for dinner. But she would ask him again in a minute because she just wanted to sit down for a minute like she was.
It was after a few minutes and she guessed it was now time to get dinner started. Alice yawned a bit then stretched as she got up on her feet and she looked over to him and smiled "alright so want do you want for dinner? I think we have some chicken and hamburger meat if you want burgers or I can make ramen which is quick." She was really getting hungry so she wanted to know what to make so she could get it done quick because if she got much hungier she would be in a bad mood. Which would be bad for the two of them so she wanted to know so she could head into the kitchen and start cooking.

Michael smiled as she layed her head down after finding out he wasn't mad. Michael was glad she was back in spirit now that she he was not mad at her Michael figured now was a better time than any to pop the question but he had to figure out a way to get the ring he bought from the back with out her catching on. he than heard about dinner and nodded a little before speaking. "chicken and hamburger meat is fine hun" Michael said with a smile before getting up off the couch and looked at her before speaking.
"I got to go get something form the room i,l be right back hun" Michael said with a smile before heading to the room to pick up the ring. he figured hed pop the question after dinner because she was probably a bit more hungry than he was and a hungry women would equal bad mood for her and he didn't want that. from what he knew about her for knowing her for 4 years was when she got in a bad mood she got very scary.

Alice was just staying with her boyfriend and she kind of wished she didn't have to move. But she knew she was going to have to if she wanted food so bad so she decided now would be a good time to get up. Then hearing Micheal say what was good she just shrugged and decided on burgers since they were quicker "I'll just make burgers since I think their quicker, you want your rare or well done?" He sometimes went back and forth with that so she always had to ask. So she stretched once more and she sighed a bit wanting to relax just a bit more before she decided to start to cook since her feet were hurting a bit.
But then she thought it would be good to tell Micheal what her modeling agency wanted to do. But then she heard that he had to get something and she wanted "oh that's ok" Alice then noticed her picked something off the table and she blinked wondering what it was but then seeing him come back she smiled. "Hun, my modeling agency wants me to switch to expectant modeling for now since they thought it would be good with me being pregnant." Although they wouldn't get any good shots right now since she wasn't showing yet, she didn't have her tummy yet, nor was she starting to get it right now.
But she thought it was best to tell him and know they want some with him as well. "They wants pictures of me every month during my pregnancy and they said when I get into my last few months they wants pictures of me plus the father of the child, which means you." Alice then got up and then kissed Micheal on the lips and then went into the kitchen, pulled out the hamburger meat and started making the burgers. She then pulled out the frying pan and put it on the stove and got the stove started and got the burgers going, during that time she was wondering what Micheal had picked up, maybe something he brought home from work.
