He was bored. I don't even think that describes what he was, though. His boredom had already hit rock bottom, no, wait, past that. The dark-blue-haired boy was sitting down on a brown, wooden bench in the middle of Ginza. Many, many people swarmed the shops, fast food places, and even the bathrooms. What was with people and shopping? It's not like there's really anything to buy these days. Sure, with new, higher-quality technology coming out, it didn't mean that it was worth buying. The boy's left pale-blue eye locked on a small toy store that could be found to the left of the bench he was sitting on. In the windows, there were large words saying CLEARANCE SALE! NEW HOTWHEELS! and such. It was really pathetic, says the heir to a famous global toy company. His parent's company's toys weren't anything like what was seen in windows of the store. For one, they were affordable, so when little kids saw them and begged for them, their parents would actually buy them. There was more to his parent's company's toys, but he didn't care to bother with the details. The boy sighed, leaning back on the bench. He was pretty muched forced into the Ginza area by some of the girls in his freshman class. Yes, a fourteen-year-old is in a class filled with fifteen/sixteen-year-olds. Why the girls forced him to go shopping? Who knew, but they pretty much just ditched him once they saw a new girls-only clothing store having a clearance sale. Pathetic. What was he to do now, die of boredom? Maybe he should leave... But, then again, he wouldn't hear the end of it the next day at school if they noticed he was gone. What a wonderful day today was. Pfft.

Hikaru listened to the three girls who dragged him to Ginza exclaim about some sale..... Again. He had been listening to the girls' squeal about this that or the other thing for three hours straight and was starting to get bored. Normally, he would love going shopping with them, but today marked the three year anniversary of his sister and mother's passing, so he just wanted to sit at home and mope. The girls ran off to an all girl's store, leaving Hikaru to fend for himself. He saw a bench nearby and walked over to sit and wait for his devilish whore-friends sweet, angelic, totally virgin female friends. Hikaru saw there was a young boy sitting next to him, probably around fourteen. Without thinking, Hikaru spoke, not looking at the boy next to him. "Got dragged her by girls too?" Hikaru looked at the boy now, and saw just how very cute he was. 'Eh, probably straight as hell...They usually are.'

The blue-haired boy blinked, glancing over with a single blue eye at the older boy who sat down beside him. He looked around seventeen, maybe. Still in highschool, that's for sure. The younder boy sighed, shifting his gaze to the clear blue sky. A few clouds rolled through the sky, but, other than that, it was still pretty clear. A few birds even flew in small flocks here and there. "If you mean being dragged around by whiny, devilish high school girls, then yes." The boy's voice was pretty monotone and a bit dull. Though, his voice sounded as if he were actually a girl, instead, only with a lower voice than most. Taiki's gaze at the sky shifted, again, this time to the crowd of people going from shop to shop.

Hikaru chuckled at the underclassman's description. "Yeah. Guess we're in the same boat then. I'm Hikaru by the way." Hikaru decided if he didn't want to be totally bored, then why not talk to this cute underclassman boy? But he knew that talking to someone without introducing himself was rude, hence his quick slip-in of his name. Hikaru wracked his brains for something else to say. Then, Hikaru realized that h almost recognized the boy. "Hey, where do you go to school?" He just had to ask....

The young boy shifted his blue gaze once again, locking on the older boy. Names? Joy, they were already to that point of the conversation. Even if he knew the older boy's name, he'll probably just reffer to him as you or dog. Wait, he seemed to reffer to everyone by that. Oh well. "Koizumi Taiki. It's a pleasure to meet you." Yeah, right. The Koizumi heir wasn't too fond of meeting new people unless they were of some importance to the family business. Though, pretty much no one was of importance to his family's business unless they were with some other leading toy company or something. Taiki sighed, his pale hands playing around with the cane he had. Why did he even have this? He didn't have a limp, so there really wasn't a use for it. Then again, it was very useful when it came to whacking people and poking something that it too high up for him to reach. The boy blinked, finally hearing the older boy's question. "I'm a first year student at Tokyo Gakkan Urayasu High School." Jeez, that school had a long name. Most schools have something short and simple like Ouran High School or something.

Hikaru nodded. That's how he knew Taiki, they went to the same school. "Third year, same school." Hikaru suddenly felt the need to keep talking to this Taiki kid. He couldn't understand why though. He just felt the urge to keep this kid talking to him, felt the urge to get to know him...Problem was, Hikaru had no idea what to say. He looked around the place looking for something to give him an idea on what to ask Taiki. Then he saw Taiki fiddle with a cane he had. "What's the cane for?" Hikaru quickly looked in front of him, something he did when he knew he said something stupid. 'Baka! What if he has a crippled leg or something! And you just ask him what the cane's for???BAKA!' "S...Sorry..I shouldn't have asked that, It was rude of me. You can just forget I asked...Uhm...If you wanted to." There he went again, making a fool of himself....

Taiki shifted his possition a bit to where he was able to look at the sempai without having into turn his head. "This?" He asked, holding up the cane and pointing it at the older boy. He was amused at how embarrassed Hikaru became after asking the question. His personality did not match his appearance one bit. "The cane is mainly just for show. Though, it is also a good tool when having the urge to whack someone." The blue-haired boy lightly tapped the older boy on thr shoulder with the end of the cane. Instead of quickly setting the cane down, Taiki kept poking at Hikaru. He had nothing better to do, and he was completely bored. This boy seemed to be the only entertainment around.

Hikaru smiled inwardly as his embarrassment was proved stupid. Taiki, on the other hand, started to poke him with the end of the cane. Hikaru grabbed the cane with the opposite hand without looking and pulled. He decided though, that he pulled a little too hard since he found himself on the ground (being perched on the edge of the small bench) with a small Taiki on top of him. Hikaru had no idea what to do. With this younger boy on top of him, Hikaru felt his face heat up. He turned his face away as much as he could, hoping that Taiki couldn't see his blush. "Uhm....C...Could you please...Uhm.....get....off me?" Hikaru's blush worsened as he realized that he was studdering.

The blue-haired boy's eye widened as he was instantly fling on top of the older boy. What the heck?! Why did the older boy yank on the cane instead of just grabbing it to hold it in place? Unlike Hikaru, who's face was redder than a tomato, Taiki's face remained pale and... Dull, as he wasn't even phased by this. Sure, he was suprised, but that didn't change anything. The younger boy sighed, shaking his head slightly. "It's your fault we're in this possition." He could already tell that a few passing by shoppers had stopped to stare at the pair on the ground. He could also easily tell that the ones either talking to themselves or whoever they came with were calling him a girl. That was pretty reasonable, seeing how his victorian-styled clothing looked a bit like a dress in one way or another. The first year pushed himself up, taking a few steps back so that he wasn't standing over the brown-haired boy. Taiki set his black cane down on the bench, using his now-free hands to dust off some of the dirt that had found its way onto the dark blue fabric of his outfit. "Next time, don't tug on the cane, sempai." He spoke after a while, still dusting off his victorian-styled clothing.

Hikaru, still blushing, got up and fixed his shirt. "I was figuring on taking it then poking you back with it...Guess that didn't work..." Hikaru laughed at himself slightly, rubbing the back of his head and mussing up his hair. After mussing it up, Hikaru patted his hair back in place. Then he saw that Taiki's hair was mussed up too. Hikaru walked over to the younger boy and started fixing his hair for him. "You know, you can call me Hikaru,Taiki-san. You don't have to call me Sempai." After Taiki's hair looked less mussed up, Hikaru stepped back.

The fourteen-year-old grunted with displeasure as his hair was messed with. Even if the older boy was just trying to somewhat fix Taiki's hair, he didn't like it one bit. Once the older boy had backed away a bit, the blue-haired boy shook his head, a bit harder than before, a few strands of misplaced blue hair returning to where they should be by doing so. "Calling someone by their first name when they do not know eachother too well isn't my way of doing things. Would you rather let me call you dog like everyone else who has tried to get close to me?" A slight smirk formed on the boy's face. He stopped dusting off his clothing and grabbed his cane again, placing the bottom end of it on the ground so that he could lean on it. He was now able to get a good look at the brown-haired boy's face. "You're still blushing." He spoke, his voice just as monotone as ever.

Hikaru's blush deepened even more and he looked away, "Thanks for pointing that out, Taitai-chan." Hikaru smiled and looked back at the boy, wondering how he would react to what Hikaru just called him. Hikaru really couldn't help it. Taiki just seemed too cute to not have a nickname. Hikaru went and sat on the bench again, patting the space next to him for Taiki to come sit. He watched Taiki closely, noticing that he was quite attractive. Hikaru noticed that he couldn't keep his eyes off the younger boy for more than a few seconds.

The younger boy tightened his grip on the handle part of the black cane. Taitai-chan? Why, of all names he could have been given, did it have to be that one? Seriously, that name made the boy want to kill. With his cane, he probably could easily bash the older boy's head in for calling him that name. However, that little, idiotic voice in the back of his head told him not to. Taiki sighed, closing his eyes for a moment as he vented out his anger inside his mind. After a few moments of silence passed, the boy opened up his eyes again. Well, only one of his blue eyes were shown, seeing how the eye patch covered his left eye. "Never call me that." He half-hissed half-growled. At the motion from the other boy to sit back down, the boy rolled his eyes, sitting back down on the bench with a sigh.

Hikaru smiled as Taiki got pissed. "And why not Taitai-chan? It's such a cute nickname, especially for such a cute guy." Hikaru smirked, turning on his charm. Hikaru looked handsome, he knew it, and he used it to his advantage. Hikaru smiled sweetly at Taiki, hoping to melt away some of that indifferent exterior. He then remembered the violin music sitting in his room that needed to be practiced...Maybe Taiki would come with him and watch? "Do you play any instruments Taitai-chan?"

The boy heaved another sigh, trying to expel his annoyance by breathing. It helped, somewhat. What would really help would be if Hikaru would stop calling him Taitai-chan. What was the older boy trying to do, look cute? For one, it wasn't working. Others may be swooned or something by the brown-haired boy's 'charm', but Taiki wasn't. No, it took a lot more than just a simple charm-filled smirk. The blue-haired boy blinked, a bit surprised by the other boy's sudden question on... Instruments? Sure, he played an instrument. He had always played an instrument, ever since he was three. His parents wanted him to do something more than just play around with the mega-sized chess game at their house when he was younger, so they taught him how to play one of the many string family instruments. "Yes, I do. The violin, to be exact. And, stop calling me Taitai-chan.
[/b] It's annoying." The boy puffed out his cheeks a little in a fake pout.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]
