It was pretty early in the morning, around dawn. The sun was just starting to rise into the sky, turning the light blue sky different shades of pink, orange, and red. A few clouds were scattered across the sky, but they promissed no rain. Except for a young boy, no one seemed to be in the park yet. The boy was sitting at one of the empty park benches, his blue eyes staring down at a brown furry object in his hands. He wore an alice blue outfit. His short-sleeved jacket was halfway zipped, the top half being the part being zipped. The bottom half of his jacket was open, showing the darker blue t-shirt underneath it. He wore alice blue pants that went all the way down to his shoes, which were also alice blue. All in all, he was wearing a lot of alice blue. The boy had pale skin and blond hair, and he seemed to resemble a girl more than a guy. The small brown furry object in his hands moved a bit, and two long floppy ears perked up, one falling back down only moments later. He was holding a baby rabbit. He had caught it only moments ago, and it already seemed to be calmed down. When he had caught the rabbit, it had squirmed and squirmed, but he didn't allow it to escape yet. The boy, under the name of Momiji, looked up for a second, scanning the park. It was still very much early, and there only seemed to be him, the rabbit, and the trees in the park.

A few moments had passed and a yawn escaped the mouth o the young teen as he made his way home from his late night shift at the restaurant. It was Saturday so there was no need to worry about classes this time. He smiled a bit as he watched the sun fully rise into the sky, and people begin to bustle about the area. The smile that crossed his face continued to widen as he made his way towards his favorite spot, the park.
He looked around, his teal colored eyes taking in the surroundings. A younger looking boy caught his attention and he slowly made his way over. He was a shy person, but he was genuinely curious at the tiny little creature in the young boys hands. Akira calmly made his way to the boy and sat on the bench next to him, setting his back pack on the ground beside them. He tried to look a little uninterested in the boy next to him, but he failed. "Umm.. Hi. What..... What is that?" He asked, his voice light and soft.

Momiji flinched, startled to hear the soft voice next to him. He had been in another world, staring at the infant rabbit in his hands. The boy looked up, blinking a few times as he tried to register the fact that another human being was sitting next to him. He scanned the park again, finally noticing that a lot more people were now in it. When had everyone came? He sure hadn't noticed it. Then again, he had been off in some other world, thinking about what to name the little rabbit. Momiji turned a bit, showing the rabbit to the other boy. "It's a baby rabbit." He stared down at the infant creature, softly petting it. "I found it all alone in a bush. Its parents seemed to have left it here." A small knot formed in the boy's chest. He knew what it was like to be alone. Momiji searched his mind for a few more moments, still pondering on what to call the rabbit. "Anzu. That's it. Your name shall be Anzu." The boy murmered softly to the rabbit.

Akira smiled lightly, but his teal eyes said something completely different. Alone. He knew that feeling. His parents had died in a car crash 2 years ago, leaving him with no remaining family, forcing him to move to Tokyo to find out where he really belonged. "Anzu. That's a good name for it." He smiled again and looked at the boy next to him. "I'm Akira. Nice to meet you."

The blonde-haired boy looked up at the older brown-haired boy. He blinked his blue eyes a few times. He was still tired from waking up so early on a Saturday morning, but he didn't care to fall asleep right now. Momiji adverted his eyes from the older boy, who introduced himself as Akira, resting them on the rabbit again. "My name is Yamashita Momiji." He glanced over to the brown-haired boy, slightly bowwing his head with respect and in greeting.

"Hajimemashite, Momiji-kun." He grinned. It was quite the day already, meeting a cute boy with a cute rabbit, and having such a pleasant conversation. If only he wasn't so ungodly tired. "Umm. Being it's so early. Would you like to share breakfast with me? It's not a lot, but I always eat here after Friday's work." He took out a small bento box of assorted foods and a small blanket from his back pack and spread it on the ground next to the bench. He sat on his knees on it and patted the ground next to him. "I think there may be some cabbage on one of the dishes if you wish to try and feed the rabbit too."

What a beautiful, no, glorious day it was. The male was always fond of early mornings and this particular morning happened to be one of his best. You see, as he was walking through the park he noticed a little cutie chasing after a rabbit that happened to be around. He was pleased that no one else saw the look on the child's face once he finally caught it. If he had a camera then he would have cherished it forever and ever. Well, he had planned to approach the boy, but another had beat him to the punch. It was quite alright though because the other boy was quite yummy himself. Instead he stood on the sidelines waiting until there was a moment for where he could finally walk up to them and introduce himself.
With a light hum, Aoi watched the two boys from a good distance, he didn't want to creep them out when he hasn't even shaken their hands. He noticed though the pain in both of their eyes and wondered what was wrong. He wanted to ask if they were okay, but wouldn't that blow his cover? Frowning he wondered what he could possibly do. Shaking his head once more, he walked over to the boys finally as with a firm and light smile on his face.
"Hello there." A light wave as he bent over to pet the young rabbit that was in the one of the boy's arms. Even though his action was extremely rude he couldn't help but to get closer to him. The cutie looked like a little adorable girl that he just wanted to gobble up. Of course he wouldn't really eat them, but they looked so yummy and their shyness only added on to his thoughts. Trying not to think hard on it, rubbed the back of his head with a laugh. "Sorry for the rudeness, my name is Aoi Takahashi." Laughing nervously to himself, or at least it sounded like he was nervous, but truthfully he was extremely excited.
He was sure today was going to be a good day with such cute little boys right in his presence. Aoi was sure going to make the best of it for as long as it could last. If possible, he wanted to tease them and play with them until he had his fill or was at least a little satisfied.

Momiji was just about to accept the older boy's offer for the cabbage for Anzu, but his eyes locked on the hand that reached down to pet the little rabbit. His eyes shifted and locked on the man behind him. "Oh, um... It... It's okay, Takahashi-san." The blonde-haired boy's words seemed to stumble out of his mouth, just like it always seemed to do. Momiji shifted his sitting possition to where he was able to bend down and set Anzu on the ground. Suprisingly, the little rabbit didn't go darting off into some random direction. Instead, it headed straight for the bento, pawing at it in an attempt to open it up. Momiji smiled softly at the little brown infant rabbit. He snapped his mind back from going off into another world, reminding himself that he still had people around him. The boy looked back up at Aoi, introducing himself for the second time that morning. "My... My name is Momiji Yamashita. It is nice to meet you, Takahashi-san." He did the slight respect-filled bow that he had done only moment earlier. Momiji then remembered Akira's offer for breakfast. He wasn't able to respond since Aoi showed up, but he wouldn't be able to eat, anyways. He had eaten before coming to the park, so his stomach was filled.

Akira smiled a little as well, though he could feel the uneasiness building up inside of him. Momiji was young and innocent like himself, which made him much easier to trust. This person seemed awful straight forward, if not slightly intrusive. But that was pretty much all he could find wrong with him. "Hajimemashite." He muttered softly, opening the box for the tiny rabbit and slowly feeding it some cabbage. "I'm Akira." He almost never bothered saying his last name, as he was not fully Japanese and that gave it away more than his looks did. "Umm.... Would you like to join us for a bit of breakfast? It's not much because I thought I would only be feeding myself, but I don't mind sharing with a few...." He paused. What if they didn't think the way that he did? What if they were the kind of people that didn't accept his sexuality? He shook his head. "A few friends and a baby bunny."

Hearing the replies and their names, Aoi couldn't help, but notice how fitting their names were. Well feeling like he was coming on too strong, he decided to back off a little bit and give them their space. Sitting next to the one named Momiji, he picked up the brown rabbit as he scratched it under its chin with a small smile. There was something about animals that always pleased him. The man was sure that the creature would just would just jump straight out of his hands, but it stayed put and let him do as he pleased.
"It's very nice to meet the both of you." Replying sincerely; they were both shy, that part was something to tell by first glance. Maybe he did come on a little too strong when he first noticed Akira's look when he came by. "Sorry if I scared the two of you." Apologizing with a gentle smile as he set the rabbit down again, still pawing at the bento. Honestly, he couldn't help, but laugh at the animal.
Watching both of them closely; he noticed Akira offering them both something to eat. Simply he shook his head, he wasn't necessarily hungry; early morning eating wasn't really his thing even though he knew that was bad for his health all the while. "I think this little guy is hungrier than any of us." A slim finger pointing at the rabbit now, "Looks like mom and dad forgot about you little guy..." Murmuring more to himself than them. Aoi was starting to think about his own parents, but he pushed the thought out of his now.

Momiji watched in silence as the older guy picked up Anzu. It was quite odd how the infant rabbit didn't try to flee. It must be used to humans from seeing them in the park every day. The blonde was just about to drift off into another world, yet again, when Aoi's words snapped him back into the real world. "Um... Takahashi-san? W... Why are you in the park so early?" His soft words kept stumbling out at times. Momiji didn't notice this one bit, for he was used to it. He had asked because he already knew why Akira was here. The youngest of the group glanced over to the older brown-haired boy. "Oh, um... Akira-san? I think that only Anzu is taking the offer to eat right now. I... I ate before I came here." He blinked his blue eyes, fighting back the pain that hit him from Aoi's words to the rabbit. There were three possible explainations for why the infant rabbit was left alone. One, its parents were killed or died from natural causes. Two, its parents were taken away. Or three, its parents left it to fend for itself. Let's just hope it wasn't explaination number three. The thought of being left alone made the knot in his chest come back. Momiji was glad that he had met Aoi and Akira. He wasn't too good at socializing, so he was alone most of the time.

Akira dipped his head a little and pondered the rabbit's situation and how it kind of reflected his own. He hoped nothing bad had happened to them, like it had been done to his parents. He shook his head a bit and went back to feeding the rabbit little bits of cabbage and other vegetables. "It seems to like them." He nibbled on a bit of rice. "Pardon my rudeness, but I haven't eaten since lunch yesterday at school." He smiled a bit and looked over the two of them. He was different from them, being of half English descent. He ran his hand through his hair. What about this new person was different from Momiji? And why did he seem to trust them both? Akira was a rather cautious person, and the arrival of this newer, more direct person kind of put his mind through a bit of a loop.

The sight of the rabbit nibbling away at the vegetables made him laugh of a little as he pet the small head with a single finger. Aoi turned hearing Momiji's question, "Please. Just call me Aoi." It always made him feel unnecessarily old for no apparently reason whenever someone addressed him by his last name. He really didn't mind people calling him by his first or middle name, it was just a name and no one should be afraid to call him that. "I'm ditching school today," He spoke again, "Music school that is." With a light smile when he looked at him.
Aoi didn't understand much why his family insist on taking him to even more music classes when he was already talented in all of it. He could probably use paper as an instrument and still prefect whatever kind of note that could be given. "My family might be pissed that I didn't go, but well, whatever." Shrugging it off simply honestly not caring; there was no point in going into it any deeper. Instead he watched the both of them and noticed how hungry both the rabbit and Akira were as they gobbled down their food.
"And the two of you? What are you doing here so early in the morning?"

Momiji gulped and shook his head slightly at Aoi's words. He wasn't comfortable with addressing someone by their first name. Though, he was sure that Akira had a last name that he didn't wish to give. Him not knowing what someone's last name was probably the only reason why Momiji would call someone by their first name. The blonde listened to what Aoi had to say about coming here. Ditching school? Wouldn't he get detention or something by doing that? It didn't concern Momiji, so he didn't try to ask why he was ditching school. Wait, school on a Saturday? That seemed a bit odd, but some schools didn't wish to allow their students to have a full weekend. The boy stared at the infant rabbit eating the cabbage. It was rather calming to watch it eat. Why? He didn't know for sure, but the little rabbit did take an edge off of Momiji's loneliness. Aoi and Akira took an edge off of that, too. A small, soft smile formed on the boy's face again. This must be what it is like to have friends, even if he had just met the two guys infront of him and if one was a rabbit. Momiji kept watching the rabbit, speaking only when Aoi asked a question. "I am here because of Anzu. Anzu was all alone, so I decided to give him some company."

Akira smiled a little at the both of them and put his dish down. He had eaten enough to satisfy the growling of his stomach until he decided to return home. "School on a Saturday? You go to one of the year-round ones don't you?" He asked lightly. Probably one close to his house. He shook it off. It didn't matter. "I go to one over by K university. We share the grounds with them for some reason. We're just on break this week." He sighed a bit and continued to feed the rabbit until it seemed uninterested in what he had to offer. "Where do you both go to school?"
