With Rikku having a split personality he is kind of a hard person to get along with, but it can be done.
Friends- Rikku's girly side absolutely LOVES people. He is always very friendly and can be the biggest sweetheart in the world and will fall in love with anyone automatically like a dog.
Enemies- Now with Rikku's other side this part can be pretty easy. When you meet him with this side out then you might have problems. Because this side of him loves to hold grudges and hate most he meets. So if you meet him when this side of him is out then there's a big chance you'll be on his bad list for life.
Lover- With a love Rikku can be a little tricky, he's normally used to one night stands. Mostly because with his job he can't really have a normal relationship since he's almost always busy. Also with his split personality disorder people can't put up with him so lovers never last long. But if someone truly steals his heart he will stay with him and spoil them to death with his job and all the money he gets.
